We are happy to answer your general questions about our event. Additional detailled information about further topics, for example about a participation or the participation for exhibiting companies, are available on the corresponding sub-pages. If you cannot find the answer to your question in these lists, we will be happy to receive your inquiry personally by e-mail. You will find the contact details on the right.
General

Of course, you will be hosted throughout the colloquium. The catering is included in the conference fee.
On Monday evening, we will offer soups or fingerfood as well as drinks during the welcome reception. On Tuesday and Wednesday, snacks and drinks will be available the whole day. For lunch we serve chosen dishes – of course also for vegetarians – and wine. On Tuesday evening, you can look forward to an exclusive dinner.
We have developed a registration process with different steps:
- Automatic confirmation after submitting the online registration form –> not binding
- Confirmation of registration with attached invoice
Only if step 2 is completed, you can be sure that your registration is received and properly processed.If you have not received a confirmation of registration, your registration has not been processed yet because of one of these reasons:
- You registered less than two days ago and your registration has not been completely processed. Please have a little patience.
- You have not registered accordingly and we did not receive your registration. Please note that we can only accept registrations submitted with our official forMrs. Informal registrations as well as in-house purchase orders cannot be considered.
You can cancel your registration until September 1st of the current event year. We charge a cancellation fee of 70.– € plus VAT. After that date a cancellation is not possible anymore – even if you have registered after September 1st.
However, you can name a representative, who is not registered yet. After September 1st every change of a participant is charged with a rebooking fee of 50.– € plus VAT.
Cancellations have to be submitted by email. Please send your request to our Contact person (contact details see right sidebar) including the customer or invoice number. Please use this online form if you wish to rebook to another participant.
We would be happy to send you the invoice by post. The best way is to simply reply to the e-mail with the attached invoice. We are also pleased to help you with an invitation letter. Please send an e-mail with the following information to Mrs. Portz (contact details see right sidebar):

- Last name
- Passport number
- Date of Birth
- Date of arrival in Germany
- Date of departure from Germany

The bank data can be found in the upper right corner of your invoice.
All bank fees – yours and ours – have to be paid by you. Please adjust your bank transfer to “OUR”.
The participation fee is VAT-liable for all participants due to §3a Abs. 3 Nr. 5 UStG. There is no change of the tax liability.
You will receive the invoice on one way:
- by e-mail as an attachment to your confirmation of registration – please also check your spam folder – and
- If required, we will gladly send you the invoice by post to the billing address provided.
If you have not received a confirmation of registration, your registration has not been processed yet because of one of these reasons:

Invoices of credit card payments will be sent as soon as the credit card is charged. This might take some days.Please also note, that the run duration of post into foreign countries might be longer.
On request, we will sent you a copy of your invoice.
Please contact our Contact Person (Details see right sidebar) if there is something wrong/missing in your invoice.
According to the Value Added Tax Implementing Ordinance (UstDV) and due to the documentary character of the invoice, an invoice may only be changed if this change is accompanied by a correction of incorrect information or an addition of missing information. For example, it would be permissible to correct an incorrectly entered billing address.
No, a credit is not possible.
If cancellation is submitted before September 1st of the year of the event, you get back the fees you have already paid minus a cancellation fee of 70.– € plus VAT. After this date, cancellation is no longer possible.

Banquet
You can bring a guest, assuming seats are still available. We charge 100.– € plus VAT per guest. Please note that this offer is not valid for participants of the conference.
You can register a guest when registering yourself for the conference or by e-mail afterwards.
You can register an accompanying person for the banquet as long as seats are still available. Please send an e-mail with your invoice number and the full name of your companion to
We will try to take your wishes into account as best we can. Due to the limited hall capacities, we are unfortunately not always able to meet these requirements. You can exchange your banquet hall with other participants on site. The exchange takes place in the foyer of Eurogress.
On the banquet, the free choice of seats applies. Seat reservations are therefore not possible.
